Vissa bolag hade importerat, tillverkat och marknadsfört cigarretter vilka A hade rökt under åren 1941 - 1986. På 1980-talet hade konstaterats att A hade cancer i struphuvudet samt andra sjukdomar som enligt honom hade orsakats av tobaksrökningen. Fråga om A:s rätt till skadestånd av bolagen. (Omröstn.)
